Abdishakur Diriye is a results-oriented professional who is passionate about climate change and resilience building with special emphasis on early warning systems, anticipatory actions, and climate risk financing mechanisms. He is currently a PhD candidate in climate change and food security early action at the University of Edinburgh and Jameel Observatory, and he has a proven track record of research publications in climate change adaptation and environmental degradation. He has extensive experience in research with publications demonstrating his insights into experimental modelling, and statistical analysis using various software programs including QGIS, Stata & SPSS.
