Dr. Hassan Guled is a health programmes (monitoring and evaluation) specialist with nine years of progressive experience in planning, implementing, managing, monitoring, and evaluating health programmes and health systems, particularly in low- and middle-income countries and fragile contexts. He has a background working with national and subnational health institutions, NGOs, and health ministries in Somalia. Recently, he has expanded his career internationally, working with UNDP-Global Fund-funded programs. Hassan has a well-rounded expertise in conducting health-related and social sciences studies using analytical software packages. Hassan holds a Master’s degree in International Public Health (Planning and Management) from the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine and a medical degree from Jilin University. Fluent in both English and Somali, Hassan also has intermediate knowledge in Arabic and Swedish.
